Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Overmind is operated under the trade name Jamwal Co. and published under Caelvyn. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the Service. In this Policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Jamwal Co.

2. Data We Collect

Landing Page (Pre-Launch):

• Name and email address submitted via Waitlist, Founding Member, or Beta signup
• Registration tier selected
• Payment transaction ID and status (no card details; payments processed externally by PayPal or Razorpay)
• For Beta applicants: screening responses, NDA acceptance text, screening status, application submission time, and access granted time.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

Landing Page (Pre-Launch):

• Payment card details (handled entirely by PayPal and Razorpay)
• Government identification
• Location data
• Device tracking beyond standard server log
• Any data sold or shared with advertisers. Ever

4. How We Use Your Data

• To operate and deliver the Service
• To send transactional emails via Resend (confirmation, receipt, launch notification)
• To verify payment status and manage access tiers
• To contact you about material changes to the Service
• To improve the product through pseudonymised usage patterns

5. Data Retention

Landing Page data: Retained until Overmind launches, at which point records are migrated to the production system. Closed Beta account data is permanently wiped at public launch as stated in the Beta Tester Policy.

Draft Checkout Data: Registration details from uncompleted checkouts are retained for up to 30 days for transaction recovery and attribution, after which they are permanently deleted.

Account data: Retained for the duration of your active account. Deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.

6. Third-Party Services

Overmind (Pre-launch landing page) uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase (database and authentication; see Data Location and International Transfer below)
• PayPal (global payment processing; merchant: Jamwal Co.)
• Razorpay (domestic (India) payment processing; merchant: Jamwal Co.)
• Resend (transactional email: confirmations, receipts, launch notifications)
• Zoho Mail (support correspondence)
• Cloudflare (hosting, infrastructure, and privacy-first cookieless web analytics)
• Tally (form builder for waitlist screening and feedback surveys)

As nurture communications are introduced, we may use additional email providers (such as Brevo and Kit); this Policy will be updated to name them before any such processing begins.

We share only the minimum data required for each service to function. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-first. It does not set cookies, does not track you across websites, and does not collect personally identifiable information.

Data Location and International Transfer:Landing-page and pre-launch data is stored and processed on Supabase servers located in Japan (Asia-Pacific, Tokyo region). At Overmind's product launch, product data will be stored and processed on Supabase servers located in the United States (US East region). By using the Service you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in these locations, which may be outside your country of residence.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to retention requirements)
• Withdraw consent to communications at any time

9. Children's Privacy

Overmind is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email where possible.

When Overmind launches, data practices (including data location; see Section 6) will be governed by an updated Privacy Policy presented in-app, substantially similar in scope but not identical to this one.
