Refund Policy
1. General Position
All purchases made through Overmind are final. Caelvyn does not offer refunds except in the specific circumstances listed below.
Pre-launch purchases represent early support for a product under active development. The pricing reflects this — you are securing early access at a permanently locked rate in exchange for accepting the associated risk. This is stated clearly before any purchase is made.
2. Founding Member Purchases
Founding Member lifetime access is non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
Single exception: If Overmind does not reach public launch by 31st December 2026, Founding Members are entitled to a full refund upon request. Refund requests under this clause must be submitted to support@caelvyn.com within 60 days of the deadline passing.
No other refund grounds exist for Founding Member purchases.
3. Closed Beta
Closed Beta participation is free, and subject to the screening process. No refund clause applies.
4. Chargeback Consequence
Initiating a chargeback on any Caelvyn purchase — regardless of outcome — results in permanent revocation of access across all Caelvyn tiers. Contact support@caelvyn.com before initiating any dispute with your payment provider. We will respond within 5 business days.
5. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, contact support@caelvyn.com with your transaction details. Duplicate charges will be refunded in full.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your provider — typically 5–10 business days.
