Seller & Payment Policy
1. Who You Are Paying
Payments for Overmind are processed on behalf of Caelvyn. Depending on your location and chosen payment method, your transaction will be processed by:
- PayPal — for global payments in USD. Merchant display name: Jamwal Co.
- Razorpay — for payments in INR. Merchant display name: Jamwal Co.
Both display names represent Caelvyn's payment operations. All purchases are for access to Overmind as described on the landing page.
2. Pricing
Prices are displayed clearly on the landing page before any purchase is made. The price displayed at the time of your transaction is the price you pay. No hidden fees are added by Caelvyn.
Founding Member purchases lock in the price displayed at the time of transaction for Overmind's highest individual tier. Future purchasers may be subject to different pricing. Your locked price does not change.
3. Payment Processing
Caelvyn does not store your payment card details. All card data is handled exclusively by PayPal or Razorpay under their respective security standards. Caelvyn receives only a transaction ID and payment status confirmation.
4. Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during signup. If you do not receive confirmation within 1 hour, check your spam folder. If still not received, contact support@caelvyn.com with your transaction reference.
5. Failed Payments
If your payment fails, you will not be charged. You may attempt the transaction again. If you experience repeated failures, contact your payment provider or reach out to support@caelvyn.com.
6. Currency
PayPal transactions are processed in USD. Razorpay transactions are processed in INR. Caelvyn is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card provider.
7. Seat Availability
Founding Member seats are limited. In the rare event that seats are exhausted between the time you initiated and completed payment, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, contact support@caelvyn.com before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact result in immediate and permanent revocation of access across all Caelvyn tiers. See Refund Policy for full details.
9. Receipts
A receipt is issued automatically via email upon payment confirmation. This is your proof of purchase. Retain it for your records.
